The Work
Using an integrative blend of Rossiter Stretching, yoga, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and rehabituation strategies grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship, I help clients reduce pain, improve function, regulate the nervous system, and develop sustainable patterns and self-awareness that support long-term wellbeing.

Integrative Approach
Rossiter Stretching
Myofascial release & structural freedom
Yoga & Mindfulness
Movement, breath & embodied awareness
Sensory Integration
Understanding the body's sensory patterns to support regulation, focus & ease
Therapeutic Relationship
A trusted partnership that grounds lasting change
Motivational Interviewing
Collaborative, person-centered support for meaningful change
Somatic Presence
Returning to the body as a source of information, grounding & ease
Who this is for
Chronic pain or chronic illness
Stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation
Life transitions and identity shifts
A desire to feel more connected to your body and daily life
Our bodies and the way we move
are our most honest autobiographies.
And healing — almost always — involves restoring movement where trauma created rigidity. Movement in the nervous system, movement in relationships, movement in meaning-making, and movement in life itself.
